ABSTRACT
The proposed business is focused on the Establishment of La Hermosa De Voute Bay-
Front Hotel at Tag-ibo, San Juan, Siquijor. The objective of this study is to determine whether
the establishment of the proposed business is feasible on the said location. The respondents of
the study are the foreign, domestic, and local tourists of Siquijor. A survey questionnaire is the
main instrument used by the researchers as the primary data-gathering tool in collecting the data
that are needed in the study.
The result showed that there are 75.28% of the respondents who are willing to patronize
the Bay-front Hotel. In the management aspect, the duties and responsibilities are clearly
identified, In socio-economic aspect, it generates employment opportunities for the people and
adheres to the environmental regulations imposed by the municipality of San Juan. In terms of
profitability, the financial projection shows that net income has stably increased each year
