A learning management system with syllabus is a way of making a classroom into virtual world, were everyone can access anywhere and anytime. In this modern era of technology there are a lot of learning management system that can cover the needs of the student, faculty, staff and the dean if university. As a matter of fact, the College of Computer Studies and the whole Foundation University uses Edmodo as the virtual classroom. In general, it includes posting, submitting, and grading assignments, saving and putting file into backpack, announcing events and important matter related to the events of the university. Hence, the said learning management will only notify students in regards with events only if students will login into its account. It is, therefore, created a learning management system intended for Foundation University College of Computer Studies to enhance the communication of student and faculty in sharing ideas, improving skills and letting students be more attentive and responsible in events. The Web-based Learning Management System develops to enhance the learning of the students. In the making, the team used prototyping that can easily produce an output base on the system requirements. The tool that was in developing the project was PHP, MySQL, Sublime, and Dreamweaver in order to improve the output of the project. It is concluded that the main functioning of the projects is more on input.
