This study is conducted to know whether or not it is feasible to establish a study lounge-café in Portal West, Siliman Avenue, Dumaguete City. The 5 aspects: marketing, technical, management, financial, socioeconomic aspects were the basis in determining its feasibility. The respondents were the students from nearby schools: Negros Oriental High School, Negros Oriental State University, and Siliman University. In accordance with the findings from all the aspects of this study, the business is found feasible.
