"Vinegar has traditionally been utilized in the preparation and cooking of meals all around the world. Despite the fact that vinegar is generally safe, too much of a good thing can be dangerous. 15 out of 17 brands of vinegar that are sold in the major supermarket in the Philippines are synthetic acetic acid, according to a research. It contains chemicals to make it taste more like vinegar, even if it is only fermented for a brief time, rather than naturally fermented like coconut or sugarcane. The researchers offered an alternative source of making vinegar in order to assist prevent a repeat of the incident. Because Musa Balbisiana (also known as "Pakol") is a watery fruit with a lot of sugar and can be fermented for a shorter amount of time than the other fruits, the team opted to use it to make vinegar to address this problem. Despite the fact that there are numerous options, banana is widely regarded as the best. Based on the underlying assumptions and data gathered for this study, it is feasible to establish SinaPak Vinegar Manufactoring Company on Brgy. Kalamtukan, Bayawan City. In the marketing aspects, the researcher may conclude that Sinapak Vinegar is marketable as a result of the survey. Because 94.7 percent of vinegar users claimed they are ready and will e able to utilize the propose product. In management aspects, it would be the owner's responsibility to select the most qualified employee and ensure that they are fully trained to achieve the management gals and objectives. In terms of technical aspects, the respective suppliers are also able to supply all the materials and supplies necessary for the operation. In financial aspects the business is profitable, according to figures. Lastly, in terms of socio-economic, the purpose of SinaPak Vinegar Manufacturing Co. is not only to make money. Business decisions have an impact on employees, customers, vendors, and competitors, as well as societies, governments, and the environment." --Abstract
