The name of the proposed project is 3E Learning Center. The specific areas that are considered in this study are the folowing: The feasibility of the proposed project in marketing aspect; the feasibility of the proposed project in terms of its management aspect; the technical feasibility of the proposed project; the financial liability of the proposed project and the socio-economic desirability and acceptability of the proposed project. Descriptive research method was employed to collect the information concerning the target markets capacity and willingness to undergo training with the use of survey questionnaire as a primary data-gathering tool for data- collection. Sloven's formula was use to get the sample size of 215 respondents. The suvey questionnaires prepared were distributed to the respondents and were collected. The study shows that the proposed project is feasible from marketing, nagement, technical, financial and soclo-economic point of vlew. Malority of the respondents are willing to undergo skills training with 112 or 52% responses, thus, it implies that the proposed project will hit the market. A total of 9 employees will be employed and are properly compensated with salaries wages and benefits based on the labor code requirements. The proposed project is profitable based on the computation in the financial statement. The return on investment is at 26% on the first year and a payback period of 3 years, 1 month. Lastly, the proposed project will contribute to the income of the government and generate employment.
