This is a descriptive research conducted to document and present the
salesladies'Isalesmen's attitude towards incentives, rewards or benefits in
relation to their work performance. To achieve the needed data, the researchers
floated number of questionnaires containing two parts was their attitude and
perceptions. The researchers used the Sloven's formula to come up with 169
respondents from different establishments of Dumaguete City that cooperated in
the study
After the retrieval of the questionnaires, the researchers evaluated, interpreted
the presented data gathered shown in the chapter lIl of this study. Several tables
have been plotted to illustrate the response of the respondents on the said study.
Showing tabulation that had been tabulated, the tables were individually
interpreted. After the illustration and interpretation of the tables that gathered the
necessary information, the researchers then stated the conclusion, the summary
of findings and the recommendations of the study. The overall outcomes were
revealed and as to complete this paper, a few recommendations were made to
Suggest some actions after the results of the study.
