The statistical tools used in this study are percent, mean, t-test for dependent data, and Person product-moment coefficient of correlation. The study revealed that there was an increase of performance after the students used the self-made module. It was also found out that overall first grading performance of the students in very satisfactory level. Furthermore, there is significant relationship between the performance of the students in the different evaluations found in the self-made module and their first grading performance. --Abstract
