Automated systems play an important role to the 21st century since it made the life of people easy and less hassle. Because of technology, People create and use different automated systems. Before, Files are created manually and individually particularly the teaching materials of the instructors (Syllabus and Course Outline) that add hassle to them and sometimes files are being corrupted. Through Content management system the users allows to publish, edit and modify the file content of the teaching material. This Study aims to develop a system that will help the college of computer studies faculty members in creating and edit their teaching resources in an easy and collaborative way. The project serves as local collaborative tool in making teaching resources. Through this, the faculties can experience hassle free in creating and editing their teaching resources.
