ABSTRACT
The feasibility study conducted is about the establishment of "Love N Care" home health
care for the elderlies business which will be located along Habitat l, Bajumpandan, Dumaguete
City. In the first chapter, it highlights the rationale of the said study. This includes the
introduction, background of the study in which very relevant for the study. The statement of the
problem, scope, and limitations with the research methodology is also found in chapter 1. Under
the researcher respondents, instruments, and data gathering procedures are further studied
including the statistical treatment of the data with the terms being defined by the researchers The next chapters composed of five aspects: management, marketing. technical, financial,
and socio-economic aspects. These five aspects will help the researchers to determine the
feasibility study. This is all about the presentation, interpretation, and analysis of data.
The management aspect shows the process or operation inside the organization including
the organizational chart in accordance with their job analysis which includes their job
qualifications and specification.
It also includes the policies of the employees inside the firm, their working schedule, and of
course, their salaries and wages. Marketing aspect illustrates the data in which are gathered from
the survey questionnaires that are distributed to the respondent which will greatly benefit the
study. It depicts that 75% of the respondents are willing and able to patronize the said business.
It also includes the marketing strategy, the market analysis (demand-supply, supply-demand),
and the marketing plan.
Under technical aspects, it mainly contains the layout of the building. While on the other
hand, the financial aspects detailed the financial statements during the operation of the business.
Lastly, the socio-economic aspects signify the impact of the business in the society.
The last chapter contains the summary of the findings, conclusion, and recommendation.
It also contains the appendix that shows the collection of the legal requirements needed by the
business to operate.
