Abstract, Summary, etc. ABSTRACT<br/>The feasibility study conducted is about the establishment of "Love N Care" home health<br/>care for the elderlies business which will be located along Habitat l, Bajumpandan, Dumaguete<br/>City. In the first chapter, it highlights the rationale of the said study. This includes the<br/>introduction, background of the study in which very relevant for the study. The statement of the<br/>problem, scope, and limitations with the research methodology is also found in chapter 1. Under<br/>the researcher respondents, instruments, and data gathering procedures are further studied<br/>including the statistical treatment of the data with the terms being defined by the researchers The next chapters composed of five aspects: management, marketing. technical, financial,<br/>and socio-economic aspects. These five aspects will help the researchers to determine the<br/>feasibility study. This is all about the presentation, interpretation, and analysis of data.<br/>The management aspect shows the process or operation inside the organization including<br/>the organizational chart in accordance with their job analysis which includes their job<br/>qualifications and specification.<br/>It also includes the policies of the employees inside the firm, their working schedule, and of<br/>course, their salaries and wages. Marketing aspect illustrates the data in which are gathered from<br/>the survey questionnaires that are distributed to the respondent which will greatly benefit the<br/>study. It depicts that 75% of the respondents are willing and able to patronize the said business.<br/>It also includes the marketing strategy, the market analysis (demand-supply, supply-demand),<br/>and the marketing plan.<br/>Under technical aspects, it mainly contains the layout of the building. While on the other<br/>hand, the financial aspects detailed the financial statements during the operation of the business.<br/>Lastly, the socio-economic aspects signify the impact of the business in the society.<br/>The last chapter contains the summary of the findings, conclusion, and recommendation.<br/>It also contains the appendix that shows the collection of the legal requirements needed by the<br/>business to operate.
