A. Name of the Project:
The proposed business project will be named WEBFINDER
INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER.
B. Location of the Project:
The
proposed business venture will be located at Lacsican
Building, San. Jose Street, 6200 Dumaguete City, and is very
accessible to the general public who may avail of its service.
C. Descriptive Definition of the Project:
The City of Dumaguete is gearing towards the knowledge age,
thus, new trends and technology are coming and have great impact on
the entryy of information superhighway commonly known as the WEB or
Internet. With this new technology, the lifestyle and culture of people
will likewise have changes based on new trends and developments.
The latest in research development and fashions are updated
instantly through the WEB, and the probable market or clients are
more concerned about these evolution of new technology. Therefore,
putting up another Internet Service Provider here in Dumaguete City is just timely and desirable in order to cater the increasing needs of a
growing population.
D. Project Long-range Objective:
With effective and proper management of the businesSS, the
proposed long-range program is to penetrate other places not only in
Negros Oriental but also in other neighboring places of the Visayas.
E. Feasibility Criteria:
The viability of the proposed project is evaluated in terms of the
following aspects:
1) Management Feasibility
2) Market Feasibility
3) Technical Feasibility
4) Financial Feasibility
5) Management Feasibility
F. Summary of Findings and Conclusion:
1) Management Feasibility
The proposed business will adopt the line and staff form of
organization because it is this type that a direct supervision over the
employees can be exercised by the manager. The line of authority
therefore, is from the manager down to the employees, It is smooth,
direct. and can even provide a closer or better inter-relationship
between management and employees.
