Name of the Project:<br/>The proposed business project will be named WEBFINDER<br/>INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER.<br/>B. Location of the Project:<br/>The<br/>proposed business venture will be located at Lacsican<br/>Building, San. Jose Street, 6200 Dumaguete City, and is very<br/>accessible to the general public who may avail of its service.<br/>C. Descriptive Definition of the Project:<br/>The City of Dumaguete is gearing towards the knowledge age,<br/>thus, new trends and technology are coming and have great impact on<br/>the entryy of information superhighway commonly known as the WEB or<br/>Internet. With this new technology, the lifestyle and culture of people<br/>will likewise have changes based on new trends and developments.<br/>The latest in research development and fashions are updated<br/>instantly through the WEB, and the probable market or clients are<br/>more concerned about these evolution of new technology. Therefore,<br/>putting up another Internet Service Provider here in Dumaguete City is just timely and desirable in order to cater the increasing needs of a<br/>growing population.<br/>D. Project Long-range Objective:<br/>With effective and proper management of the businesSS, the<br/>proposed long-range program is to penetrate other places not only in<br/>Negros Oriental but also in other neighboring places of the Visayas.<br/>E. Feasibility Criteria:<br/>The viability of the proposed project is evaluated in terms of the<br/>following aspects:<br/>1) Management Feasibility<br/>2) Market Feasibility<br/>3) Technical Feasibility<br/>4) Financial Feasibility<br/>5) Management Feasibility<br/>F. Summary of Findings and Conclusion:<br/>1) Management Feasibility<br/>The proposed business will adopt the line and staff form of<br/>organization because it is this type that a direct supervision over the<br/>employees can be exercised by the manager. The line of authority<br/>therefore, is from the manager down to the employees, It is smooth,<br/>direct. and can even provide a closer or better inter-relationship<br/>between management and employees. |
