Aims to determine the school, administrators' perceived extent of implementation of the schools' Dropout Reduction Program and it's relationship to the schools' performance internal efficiency indicators in the districts of Siaton during the SY 2013-2014; reveals that majority of school administrators are female, have units in the master's program with minimal supervisory experience; inadequate trainings and act in the capacity as teachers-in-charge of the school and concludes that the higher the extent of implementation of the Dropout Reduction Program, the better is the schools' performance internal efficiency indicators.
