AUREA, BSBA-FM IV<br/>REYNANTE DELIMA, BSBA- MA IV<br/>Foundation University<br/>Dr. Meciano Road, Dumaaguete City<br/>School:<br/>Date Completed: October 28, 2015<br/>The objective of the study is to determine the feasibility of establishing a<br/>Flavored Lambanog business at West Poblacion, Bacong, Negros Oriental.<br/>Specifically, this study aimed to determine the following areas: the marketing<br/>feasibility of the proposed project, the technical feasibility of the proposed project,<br/>the financial viability of the proposed project, the appropriate management<br/>structure and the socio-economic practicality and the acceptability of the<br/>proposed project. The project's name is UNICO Flavored Lambanog.<br/>The study made use of survey questionnaire as an instrument in gathering<br/>and collecting data. A total of 377 respondents from the five barangays in<br/>Bacong, Negros Oriental were chosen as respondents using the easy sampling<br/>method of collecting data.<br/>The study showed that the proposed project is feasible from the<br/>marketing, management, technical, financial and socio-economic point of view.<br/>The proposed project is marketable since most of the respondents are willing to<br/>patronize the business. It is technically feasible since the resources are readily<br/>available. The business structure is composed of 10 employees. It is financially<br/>feasible because it showed profit in the financial analysis and evaluation within<br/>the five years payback period from the start of the operation of the business.<br/>Lastly, the business will generate employment within Bacong, Negros Oriental<br/>and especially those "mangagarit". The business will also meet the needs and<br/>wants of the customers specifically their expectations.
