The specific areas that are considered<br/>in this study are the following: (1) the marketing aspect of the proposed project: (2) the<br/>technical aspect of the proposed project: (3) the financial aspect of the proposed project<br/>(4) the management aspect of the proposed project; and (5) the socio-economic desirability<br/>of the proposed project. The name of the proposed project is MCM's Papaya Plantation.<br/>The study made use of a survey questionnaire, interview, observation and documentary<br/>analysis The prepared questionnaires were distributed to the respondents and to the<br/>proponent. The total population that we gather from the survey was not exceeding of more<br/>than 234 populations. So, we don't need to use any formula to get the sample, instead we<br/>use the total population of the survey we had gathered.<br/>The proposed project is visible from marketing, technical, management, financial and<br/>socio-economic desirability. In the marketing point of view, the project is really feasible since<br/>majority of the respondents are wiling to purchase papaya at MCM's plantation. In the<br/>technical aspect, the project is feasible since the location has easy access because it is right<br/>beside the main road and water just is available. In the management aspect the management<br/>is feasible because the proponent will manage the operation daily in line with the organization<br/>goals and objectives and hiring the best people that fit to every job description and<br/>qualification. Financially the proposed project is feasible because the initial capital will be<br/>recovered within one year, eight months and fourteen days. The proposed project will surely<br/>benefit the entire organization. A reasonable returns on investment for the proponent and will<br/>be generation and will be generation income for the locals.
