Further elaboration on the major objectives of the<br/>study includes the following: (1) To discover the feasibility of the proposal in<br/>terms of its marketing, management, technical, financial, and socio-economic<br/>aspects. (2) To discuss the probable advantages and disadvantages, financially<br/>and non-financially of putting rural bank in Canlaon City. (3) To gain information<br/>on the perception and preferences of the target market about the proposal. (4) To<br/>help farmer and locals to expand their production through lending them some<br/>amount of money to be used as their capitals and to improve their quality of life.<br/>(5) To put up a financial institution in Canlaon City, which is the only city in the<br/>Philippines that does not have a bank.
