Abstract, Summary, etc. ABSTRACT<br/>The research conducted is a descriptive type of research which is used to detail<br/>and to present the compensation package of fast food employees in relation to their<br/>work performance. To collect all needed data, the researchers floated number of<br/>questionnaires containing two parts, compensation and work performance indicators.<br/>The researchers had 190 respondents from different fast food establishments in<br/>Dumaguete City that cooperated in the study.<br/>After the retrieval of the questionnaires, the researchers evaluated, interpreted<br/>the presented gathered data shown in Chapter Il of this study. Several tables have been<br/>plotted to illustrate the responds of the respondents on the said study. Showing<br/>tabulation that had been tabulated, the tables were individually interpreted. After the<br/>lustration and interpretation of the tables that gathered necessary information, the<br/>researchers then stated the conclusion, the summary of findings and recommendations<br/>of the study. The overall outcomes were revealed and as to complete this paper, a few<br/>Tecommendations were made to suggest some actions after the results of the study.
