The objectives<br/>in this study are the following:(1) To find out the proposed business competitors and if<br/>their business is doing well. (2) To find out if the proposed location is strategic that<br/>makes the business accessible to the customers.(3) To find out if the proposed study<br/>will be feasible in the following aspects: (a)Marketing Aspect, (b) Technical Aspect,<br/>(c)Management Aspect, (d) Financial Aspect, (e)Social Aspect. The name of the<br/>proposed project is Yum Republique.<br/>The research instrument used is a questionnaire to gather information about the<br/>expected service to be provided by the establishment, to determine the pricing strategy<br/>to guide the target buyer. The questionnaires were distributed to the selected<br/>respondents at Robinsons Mall Dumaguete with a total of 300 respondents.<br/>The proposed project has a market since 93.07% of the possible customers are<br/>willing to support a new burger restaurant.The business has an appropriate<br/>management structure which is composed of 22 employees. It is financially viable<br/>because the financial analysis and evaluation showed that it is profitable within 3 years,<br/>4 months and 7 days, the investment will be recovered. Finally, the business will<br/>generate employment in the city of Dumaguete, meet the needs and wants of the<br/>employees and residents of Dumaguete cater to local and foreign tourists and lastly,<br/>create additional income to government.
