Aims to determine and analyze the level of financial literacy, financial concerns, and financial well-being of teachers in order to design a financial program; study reveals that the level of the teachers' financial well-being in terms of financial security is at slight applicability level and the relationship between the teachers' financial literacy and their financial well-being is at moderate applicability level while that of financial concerns is at significant level of relationship.
