A graduate thesis explored the relationship between the problems encountered by students engaged in online class in Mathematics and by those students at home and the students' academic performance in math during the first and second quarter. The study used descriptive-correlational design and percentage, weighted mean, and Spearman Rank Order Correlation Coefficient as statistical tools. It was revealed that the weak relationship exists between the problems encountered by the students at home and their academic performance.
