Dissertation note: Summary: Aimed to assess the teachers' capability level and their development needs based on the domains of the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST) in relation to their performance utilizing descriptive-correlational design using PPST measurement in the instrument. Statical tools used are the percentage weighted mean, Pearson r, and Kruskal-Wallis H-test. Findings revealed that the teachers' capability level is very satisfactory.
