This study sought to determine the principals' leadership styles and the extent of instructional technical assistance provided to teachers in terms of teaching and learning, curriculum implementation, learning environment, and instructional materials enhancement. 192 teachers from 11 secondary schools were chosen to take part in the survey conducted.
