ABSTRACT
This study adopted both the feasibility and descriptive research designs. It mainly looked into the effectiveness of using on-grid solar power and the degree of satisfaction felt by commercial and residential users in the usage of on-grid solar power tied with N egros Oriental Electric Cooperative II. The respondents of this study were the thirty nine (39) residential users and eleven (11) commercial users of ongrid solar power. Results revealed that the residential users were satisfied while the commercial users were very satisfied with the effectiveness of the system. In general! the study found that using on-grid solar power in both commercial and residential systems is technically cost-effective.
