The objective of the study is to determine the feesibility of opening a creative
studio in Magallanes street, Tanjay City. The narne of the proposed project is
JAYCYRUS CREATIVE STUDIO The specific areas that are considered in the
feasibility study are the marketing, management, financíal, technícal and socio-
economic aspect of thr proposed project.
Descriptive research method was used to collect the information concerning
Consumers' spending pattern with the questionnaire as an instrument in data collection.
Covenience sampling or the Slovins' formula was used and had a total of 340
respondents from people who were employed at tanjay city. The suvey questionnaire
prepared were distributed to the respondent and were collected.
The proposed project is profitable based on the computation. It is evident that
there is indeed great market acceptability of the business that is going to be introduced
based on the positive and favorable responses gained during the actual survey. For the
management aspect, the owner will give necessary guidelines and monitor everything
and will make direct decision that will contribute to the project's success. Technically,
although there is an existing building on the leased land, rest assured that there is
budget for the building renovation and the materials can be easily acquired. For the
SOCio-economíc point of view, it will definitely contribute to the community and to the
government because it mainly help the skills and talents on the people of the tanjay city.
