The respondents the study are the residences of Valencia, Bacong, and Dumaguete City with a total number of respondents of three hundred ninety nine (399). In order for the researchers to gather necessary information and collect first hand data, a rescarch designed questionnaire was made to answer the problem and reach the proposed business objectives. To determine the feasibility of establishing the proposed business is the main objective of this study. Definitely, it aims to contemplate the functional arcas of the business such as management, marketing, technical, socio-cconomic and whether financials are visible and workable. The garnered results established that there is the presence of demand as illustrated in the marketing aspects. On the hand, job analysis is developed under the management aspects. All cquipment and supplies are determined in the technical aspects. Lastly, the projections of financial aspects are as well favorable for the business with approximately 5 years on retum of investment.
