Summary: ABSTRACT The objective of this study is to determine the feasibility of establishing a One-Stop Pasalubong Shop in Dumaguete City. A total of 324 local tourists and 76 foreign tourists were selected as respondents using the Stratified Random Sampling. The researcher employed the project feasibility approach. The proposed project will be named A-plus Travel Stop based on the personal choice of the researcher which connotes "first-rate" Shop that aims to promote and sell a wide range of 100% locally produced pasalubong products to foreign and local tourists. The fim will be a single-proprietorship form of business and the proponent is Ms. Annabel B. Avery. The proponent will invest a total amount of Two Milion Pesos (P 2,000,000.00) as her initial capital that will come from her personal savings. The proponent will oversee the business and a manager will be hired to manage the daily operations in line with the organization's goals and objectives and choose the best people that fit to every job description and qualification. On the basis of the vital findings of this study, the researcher made a conclusion that the project is viable from the marketing, technical, management. financial and socio-economic points of view.
