Summary: ABSTRACT It was the objective of this study to determine the feasibility of The Port Inn at the 2 floor of the Passenger Terminal Building, port of Dumaguete, Negros Oriental. In this project feasibility study, the methods used were observation and documentary analysis. The result of the study indicates that based on the essential assumptions, The Port Inn in the port of Dumaguete is feasible. In summary, with its marketing aspect, the inn has a high demand. From the technical point of view, the traveler's inn is feasible. On the management part, it was also found feasible. On the financial point of view, the said lodging business is profita ble. The project promises a good and reasonable return to the investor. The inn also was found to be both socially and economically desirable and acceptable. The project if realized will be of benefit to the passengers of the port of Dumaguete in general. Some of its contribution will include the employment opportunity it can possibly offer, and its being a new source of funds to the government for its taxes and licenses as well. It will become an additional businesS venture inside the Dumaguete Port as a whole.
