ABSTRACT
One of the objectives of the study is to determine the feasibility of opening
Countryside Breakfast and Snack Bar at Silliman Avenue Corner Real Street
Dumaguete City. The area is in the heart stone of residences, offices. and
schools. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and snacks are eaten
between every meal, but the nutritional value of taking healthy food were
somehow neglected nowadays that's why the name of the proposed project
tends to focus on meals that will be prepared fresh and healthy. The study will be based on the literature and observations with regards to restaurant feasibility
study, and then follow the steps proposed by the literature to conduct the
feasibility study of the proposed establishment Countryside Breakfast and Snack
Bar. Market area, site selection, and financial analysis are made up through
observational research, surveys, and literature review and the analysis of the
results are conducted.
