The objective of the study is to determine the feasibility of establishing The
Platform Sports Club and Fitness Center at Uymatiao Realty Development
Corporation Building, cor. Real St. and EpifanioSurban St., Dumaguete City.
A total number of 400 respondents are from metro Dumaguete, Sibulan,
Valencia and Bacong.
The proposed project will be named as The Platform Sports Club and
Fitness Center because it will be the platform for customers, as they will
commence in renewing their lifestyle to be healthy and physically fit. The project
is sole proprietorship type of business.
On the results gathered from the study, The Platform Sports Club and
Fitness Center is feasible in marketing, management, technical, financial and
socio-economic aspect for the reason that it is found viable and most of the
respondents are willing to patronize the proposed project.
The proponent wll invest Php 10,000,000 as initial capital for the business and
willing to engage to Php 10,000,000 long-term accounts payable with a financial
institution. Since the project is solely own, the capital will come from the
proponent itself.
