The proposed business is about the Establishment of Nato's Best Boneless Lechon. The
respondents of the study are the residences of Dumaguete City, Bacong and Valencia with a
total number of respondents of three hundred ninety nine (399). A research designed
questionnaire was made in order to scout out first hand and necessary information of the study
to meet its objectives and answer the problem.
The main objective of the study is to determine the feasibility of Establishing the
proposed business. Specifically, it aims to consider the functional arcas of the business such as
marketing, management, technical, socio-economic and financial are viable and workable.
The results showed that there is the presence of demand as illustrated in the marketing
aspects. The job analysis is developed under the management aspects. All equipments and
supplies are determined in the technical aspects. Financial projections are as well favourable
for the business with approximately 3 years of return on investment.
