A graduate thesis attempt to find out the extent of utilization of ICT-based instructional materials and equipment in English classes of selected secondary schools of Siaton East District as perceived by the selected third year students; reveals that the use of ICT-based instructional materials and equipment motivate students to learn, enable them to recognize vocabulary, enhance their imagination in concepts, make them understand topic that are presented in class and enable them to participate freely; thereby resulting to a better class performance in English
