A graduate descriptive and correlational thesis identified extent of use of strategies in teaching science of the secondary school teachers in relation to their students academic performance. The study revealed that the academic performance of the students in science is in the approaching proficiency level and the extent of use of the strategies in teaching science has marked relationship with the students' academic performance.
