Aims to determine the significant relationship between parenting style and students academic performance in some identified secondary schools of Sta.Catalina, Province of Negros Oriental during the school year 2012-2013; using the descriptive and correlative method; reveals that majority of respondents belonged to the school-going age category most of them female, parenting style practiced was authoritative with a satisfactory academic performance.
